Refund Policy

Fix Assistant pass

If the Fix Assistant didn't help, email hello@appfixhq.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Include the email address you paid with. No forms and no questions beyond what we need to find the payment.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
